Shayla loves to 'talk' on her 'cell phone' like she sees Mommy and Daddy do. Her famous response to the other person on the line is "Yes, yes . . . yes." (Not sure what questions they are asking her.) :-)

Shayla Turns One!!!

It's so hard to believe, but on January 23rd Shayla celebrated her first birthday. We had a party for her the previous Saturday with lots of church people and family. She enjoyed herself for the most part. Touching the cake was the exception! You can see by the pictures it caused much distress when her fingers touched the messy icing!
